Code of Conduct

At OhhSpaces, we strive to create a collaborative, respectful, and productive environment for all members. This Code of Conduct outlines the behavior expected from everyone using our coworking spaces.

Respect and Inclusivity: All members are expected to treat each other with respect. Discriminatory, harassing, or abusive behavior is not tolerated.

Cleanliness and Order: Members should maintain a clean and organized workspace. Dispose of trash properly, and report any issues to the management.

Noise Levels: Be mindful of noise. Use designated areas for phone calls and meetings to avoid disturbing others.

Collaboration: We encourage networking and collaboration. However, please respect the privacy and work rhythm of your fellow members.

Payment and Refund Policies

Payments for memberships, desk bookings, and other services at OhhSpaces are processed securely through our online system.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, online bank transfers, and selected mobile payment options.

Billing: All fees are clearly outlined during the booking process. Recurring memberships will be billed automatically unless cancelled by the member.

Refunds: Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. In general, refunds may be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. For last-minute cancellations or no-shows, a partial refund or credit may be provided at the discretion of OhhSpaces.

Dispute Resolution: In case of payment disputes, please contact our support team. We will investigate the matter and work with you to reach a fair resolution.
